How would I rate Joe Cala as a person, trainer, and leader, 10 out of 10!
I have been in the car business for going on 34 years. I have had the pleasure and privilege of beingintroduced to some of the best sales trainers in the industry. Joe Verde, Paul Cumming, David Anderson,Grant Cardone, just to name a few.
I think where Joe Cala has taken it to the next level is the fact that Joe has also been influenced by thebest of the best, but because he is about helping people be their best and not the promotion of onespecific approach, like the trainers listed above, it allows Joe to really work with every individual usingthe best of the best.
Joe the trainer is just that “a regular Joe”. I don’t know about you, but most of these guys are over thetop, they get everyone revved up, and then leave, and they are super expensive for what you get longterm.
What really set Joe apart was his week in week out ability to shape his agenda around what Your or (Our needs) were. Our team found Joe to be someone they could let their guard down around and really bevulnerable, which helped them overcome the fear of doing some things differently. We worked every Friday with Joe for over a year and our team always looked forward to the 30-minute sessions.
